I'M FLYING IN, WHAT IS THE BEST AIRPORT TO LAND AT?

Edmonton, Alberta is going to be the best airport to fly into. It is just a few hours east of Jasper!

what are travel options for getting to jasper from edmonton?

You've got some options if you are flying in! We will be sending out some more info closer to the date but there are shuttle options to book. You can also rent a car. Or we can try to coordinate ride shares for groups to help each other out!

WHAT TIME DOES THE WORKSHOP KICK OFF ON FRIDAY?

Our Friday activity is going to be an early one. More details will be shared later (but it's going to be incredible!) but plan for early breakfast and departing the hotel at about 9:15/9:30am. With your 3 day ticket you get accommodations on Thursday night so you'll be ready to go in the morning!

ARE THERE TIMES SCHEDULED?

Exact times and details will be forthcoming once they are all finalized. But expect full and fun days! Friday we start early morning and have an evening shoot planned. Saturday we will be deep into education at the hotel likely around 9am - 5pm. Sunday is going to start early but we will plan to wrap about 2pm so you can either enjoy the rest of your day or start heading home.

CAN I BRING MY SPOUSE/PARTNER?

YES! Your single ticket gets you a private room (if you order 2 tickets you'll be sharing a room with 2 beds). Feel free to bring spouses/support people. Please note that most of the weekend will be ticket holder only events but the Saturday evening dinner is open to anyone including spouses!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS AND A SITTER?

While we want to encourage you to take some time away from normal life we get it, sometimes it's hard to figure out childcare. And of course you can! You will have a private room with 2 beds. But please know that you may need to pay a small additional fee for extra people in the room with you. And there will be lots of activities that you won't be able to bring them to so care will have to be organized. But we're happy to support you in any way you need!
